We’re so happy to introduce the lovely Sam Hibbitts from Crystal Core Yoga to our Fit M Fun community, bringing the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga & energising Yoga Flow to the studio!
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with poses that are held for longer periods of time than in other yoga styles. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.
Yoga Flow focuses on mobility within the physical body, connecting with your natural rhythm. Starts with slow stretches that gradually increase in momentum as we move through seated to standing. Includes sun salutations & vinyasa flows that centre around a theme each week. Movement will slow down towards the end with longer holds before reaching our final resting pose.
